 Return/Exchange Policy:

• No returns or exchanges, except for products damaged during transit.
• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for claiming a refund or replacement due to transit damage.
• Refunds are solely applicable in the case of damage during transit.

Refund Process:

• In case of damage during transit, customers must return the product in its original condition and packaging.
• We will initiate a return pick up
• Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
